Michelle Howard-Herbein, MSW has over 35 years’ experience in direct services and management of community-based services.

She is currently the CEO of Summerhouse Houston. She is a credentialed WISA (Work Incentive Specialist Advocate) through Cornell University. She frequently presents on organizational change, supported employment, Social Security work incentives, person-centered planning, and building community connections.

She has also been a CARF surveyor for over 30 years, providing surveys of community-based organizations across the United States and Canada.
