Benjamin Giraldo, the owner and director of Educando con Amor, studied psychology at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Special Education at Arcadia University, ABA therapy at University of Massachusetts at Boston, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Texas.

Our presenter Janniece Sleigh is the Executive Director of The ARC of Greater Houston. Prior to moving to Houston, she was the Executive Director of Empowerment Through Employment, Inc. located in Clarksburg, West Virginia. She has made it her personal mission to support veterans and people with disabilities to enhance their life and career aspirations.

Jeremy was born in Humble, Texas and raised in the Houston area. At a young age, a series of seizures left him with Optic Atrophy in both eyes. As a result, his performance in grade school and college were negatively affected as he learned to focus on what he was not able to do. After dropping out of college and working with his family as a bookkeeper and small business consultant, this began to change.
